Conewago Manufacturing, LLC recently announced the acquisition of Hanover Concrete Co. The deal marks a significant expansion of Conewago’s existing ready-mix concrete offerings and service area for residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
The acquisition includes Hanover Concrete Co.’s main facility and retail store in Hanover as well as its Gettysburg Concrete and Shrewsbury Concrete locations. The combined companies will provide ready-mix concrete and associated products and services throughout southcentral Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. The sale was finalized April 1, 2025.
David Albright, Hanover Concrete Co.’s President is joining the Conewago team as Vice President of Ready-Mix Sales. All of Hanover Concrete Co.’s employees have been offered positions with Conewago as well.

Hanover Concrete Co. is a fourth-generation family-owned-and-operated business with more than 85 years of experience offering concrete services, landscaping supplies, and crane and concrete pump rentals. The company’s main location and retail store will remain open at 2000 Carlisle Pike in Hanover.
In addition to its expanded ready-mix offerings, Conewago Manufacturing, LLC also provides precast concrete panels, steel fabrication and precast and steel erection services.
